Job Description
Overview:
The SAP FICO Senior Consultant plays a critical role in the organization by leveraging their expertise in SAPs Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This position focuses on delivering tailored solutions that enhance financial processes reporting and overall operational efficiency. As a senior member of the consulting team this role not only revolves around executing projects but also requires mentoring junior consultants and driving best practices within the team. The consultant will work closely with clients to identify their needs perform gap analyses and ensure smooth implementation of financial solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the technical and functional aspects of SAP FICO ensuring that systems align with financial requirements and contribute to strategic business goals. This position is vital for establishing reliable financial data processing and reporting capabilities that organizations rely on for critical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO implementations configurations and enhancements.
- Provide AMS (Application Management Support) for SAP FICO modules.
- Work on ECC system upgrades integrations and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand financial requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform system testing UAT support and end-user training.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in SAP FICO with expertise in ECC & AMS.
- Strong knowledge of GL AP AR Asset Accounting and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC implementations and support projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
