Inside Sales Representative

Location: Mumbai-Thane India

About Circolife: Circolife is a pioneering climate-tech company leading Indias largest sustainable cooling movement. We offer IoT-enabled self-learning air conditioning systems on a subscription basis helping businesses reduce energy consumption and minimize their carbon footprint.

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales particularly with a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive cold calling emailing and following up on leads.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating how firm can meet those needs.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

CRM Management: Accurately record and manage all sales activities and client interactions in the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales with a proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the climate-tech or HVAC industry is a plus.

Familiarity with IoT-based solutions and subscription models.
