Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Boarding in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the girls boarding house.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community ensuring the wellbeing safety and academic support of all boarders. In particular the ADoGB will work closely with our junior girl boarders in Years 6-8.
- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote personal growth resilience and leadership skills.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students addressing their individual needs and concerns.
