What you will be doing:
- Conduct analysis on various cases and legal issues.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings motions case status reports and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings; attend as needed.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with counsel clients and courts.
Experience you will need:
- Experience in defense litigation.
- Strong foundation in writing skills.
- Experience with discovery and motion practice.
- Ability to take depositions attend hearings and argue motions.
- Effective litigation skills.
