Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) to deliver specialized therapeutic services at a residential care facility in Washington County Texas. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have histories of sexual offending conducting risk assessments and delivering structured evidence-based treatment.

Requirements
Master s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology or Social Work
Active Texas LSOTP license
Minimum 3 years of experience in sex offender evaluation and treatment
CPR certification and negative TB test (within the past year)
Must pass background check and fingerprinting

Clinical Responsibilities
Perform risk and needs assessments for individuals with sexual offense histories.
Deliver individual and group therapy using established LSOTP protocols.
Develop and monitor treatment plans.
Provide expert input for legal and care planning teams.
Prepare written evaluations and treatment summaries related to sex offender treatment progress and risk assessments.
Provide court testimony when required in connection with treatment outcomes risk evaluations or legal inquiries.
Maintain thorough clinical documentation.

Administrative Responsibilities
Complete required orientation and any mandated onsite training.
Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality protocols (AUA agreement).
Submit licensure and training verification upon request.
Secure written authorization for any services rendered outside standard hours.
Operate in accordance with applicable treatment standards and regulations.
