As Software QA Manager youll lead a team of quality engineers responsible for ensuring the reliability usability and performance of Nimbyxs product ecosystem. This is more than a QA role - its about championing product quality through the lens of real-world use driving cross-functional collaboration and enabling continuous delivery with confidence. Youll work closely with business stakeholders end-users and product teams to define what great looks like - and ensure every release lives up to it.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Software QA Engineers setting high standards for quality collaboration and continuous improvement
- Gain deep understanding of the business processes and real-world problems our software is solving translating them into practical test cases and QA strategies
- Define and enforce release acceptance criteria ensuring product builds meet both business needs and end-user expectations
- Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and UX teams during backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure quality is built into every phase of the development lifecycle
- Run product demos and validation sessions with stakeholders to capture early feedback and keep development on the right track
- Identify opportunities for test automation and drive its implementation where it brings the most value
- Create and standardize test plans procedures and documentation across multiple projects and teams
- Foster a culture of customer-centric testing ensuring the QA team speaks the voice of the user in all quality discussions
- Own the performance review coaching and training of QA team members to continuously raise the bar
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in software QA with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams with a strong grasp of agile principles and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced iterative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for both detail and strategy
- Clear and confident communication skillsyou can speak with engineers and executives alike
- Passion for customer experience innovation and continuous learning
- Bonus: experience as a Business Analyst or working closely with product management teams.

Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
