The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Senior Pricing Strategy Manager to help accelerate growth and strengthen our go-to-market strategy across our Talent Solutions business. This role will collaborate with key business partners to grow our Enterprise program which includes some of our top-tier customers and is a key growth lever for LinkedIn. In this role you will engage with stakeholders to formulate and drive the growth strategy of the B2B business increase sales activation and evaluate/evolve global pricing policies to deliver greater customer value and value for LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives through comprehensive data analysis problem solving & commercial modelling:
Data Analysis: Perform quantitative analysis to identify trendsand size opportunity areas. Provide insightful takeaways through effective data-based story telling based on root-cause analyses data trends and business performance
Problem Solve: Lead the development & socialization of recommendations to evolve pricing frameworks that generate sustainable value for the business and customers
Commercial Modelling: Translating opportunities & business strategy into pricing and revenue models
Develop structure and share proposals with senior sales professionals (Snr. Director & VP level)
Scale initiatives through effective project management. Create clear project / workback plans and work collaboratively with teams across varied time zones
Partner cross-functionally: Build productive relationships feedback loops and corroborate opportunities through qualitative insights in partnership with Sales BizOps Product Marketing Sales Operations Legal Enablement and other cross-functional teams
Drive large deal closure including being one-touch resource for field sales managers; responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance legal order management etc.) on behalf of sales
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy management consulting revenue management sales operations finance or other B2B commercial growth roles
4 years experience Excel & Tableau with Intermediate SQL knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Business Economics Finance or related field.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or professional services pricing is highly desirable.
Experience in financial modeling data analysis and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
Excellent verbal/written communicationand high clarity of thought. Experience presenting to senior leadership
Self-starter who is ready to act like an owner with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners to drive decision making among senior executives
Ability to explain complex pricing concepts in a clear compelling way to non-experts.
Experience working with highly cross-functional and performance-focused teams
Adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced high-growth environment
