Job Description
As a Trades I - HVAC you will:
- Perform HVAC-related tasks including installation repair preventive maintenance and support for other trades as assigned by resort management.
- Complete daily work orders guest calls blitzes and special projects efficiently and on time.
- Install maintain and replace HVAC components such as condensers thermostats fan motors and split systems.
- Use and interpret technical documents including O&M manuals and technical data to ensure proper equipment handling.
- Operate resort systems like HotSOS and maintain effective communication via radio phone email and in person.
- Follow safety guidelines use appropriate tools and equipment and identify/report safety hazards promptly.
- Participate in procurement and inventory to ensure materials tools and parts are available when needed.
- Represent the resort professionally by following policies maintaining a clean appearance and providing excellent guest service.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.
- Technical certification or HVAC license preferred.
- Strong communication skills required to excel in interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to be versatile work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company golf carts.
