What youll be doing:
- Leading controlling coordinating integrating and delivering large complex projects
- Establishing and maintaining structures to control and monitor deliverables
- Securing and balancing resources across different projects
- Creating and coordinating project delivery structures including planning scheduling controlling and reporting activities
- Ensuring comprehensive quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained
- Developing gaining approval for and managing budgets managing risk developing contingency plans and releasing funds
- Building and developing effective relationships with project stakeholders
- Determining monitoring and reviewing all project economics including costs staffing requirements portfolio resources and risk
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in managing large and complex projects within a financial services or Asset Management domain
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to balance resources efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in Agile and waterfall project management approaches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and risk plans
- Experience in delivering business and technical systems products and change initiatives
