Programme Manager (Business Change)

What youll be doing:

• Leading controlling coordinating integrating and delivering large complex projects
• Establishing and maintaining structures to control and monitor deliverables
• Securing and balancing resources across different projects
• Creating and coordinating project delivery structures including planning scheduling controlling and reporting activities
• Ensuring comprehensive quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained
• Developing gaining approval for and managing budgets managing risk developing contingency plans and releasing funds
• Building and developing effective relationships with project stakeholders
• Determining monitoring and reviewing all project economics including costs staffing requirements portfolio resources and risk

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in managing large and complex projects within a financial services or Asset Management domain 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities
• Ability to balance resources efficiently and effectively
• Proficiency in Agile and waterfall project management approaches
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and risk plans
• Experience in delivering business and technical systems products and change initiatives
