Our Paid Media team is seeking an Associate Retail Media Manager who will be responsible for driving superior business results through impactful retail media strategies and tactics. This role will work alongside key retailers such as The Home Depot and Lowes to strategize and execute digital media activations that meet both our business and campaign objectives. Specifically this role is responsible for teaming up with our marketing retailer counterparts to ensure the best execution of our brand investments.
Reporting to the Retail Media Manager this is a role requiring an analytical mindset as well as a strong desire to seek out new solutions in the rapidly evolving retail media space. This includes activities such as providing annual and ongoing budget recommendations highlighting other operational key performance indicators (KPIs) or opportunities that impact media effectiveness.
This role requires hybrid presence within the office 3 days per week (Tue Wed Thur) in our Chicago/Deerfield office.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55000 USD - $88000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
