The Electrical Engineer will develop technical expertise in the electrical operation of a device system that is being transferred from California to Costa Rica. The engineer must effectively convey this knowledge to the plant team. The training process taking approximately three months involves mastering system assembly and disassembly understanding inputs launching new versions and executing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a technical expert in the electrical function of the device system capable of assembling disassembling and launching new versions.
- Manage the transfer project scope time (including scheduling) cost and quality.
- Lead process validations and equipment qualifications with protocol development execution data analysis and reporting.
- Implement design transfer activities updating drawings and procedures.
- Provide ongoing technical support for marketed products including supplier interactions and product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements.
- Effectively convey technical knowledge and skills to the plant team in Costa Rica.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Only Electrical Engineers applications are accepted.
- 6-8 years engineering experience preferably in medical device development and manufacturing.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel to California for approximately three months.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (GMP QSR FDA ISO) and process/equipment validation.
- Proficiency in Office Suite Microsoft Project and Visio.
