- Ensure that all responsible service of alcohol procedures are practiced at all times
- Interact with all guests take orders making beverages etc.
- Greets guests
- Ensure service standards are met
- Ensures that approved service sequences and standards are maintained at all times
- Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are carried out to an acceptable standard
- Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames
- Participate in scheduled training and development programs provided by Accor
- Abide by the Accor policies in relations to equal employment opportunity and harassment in the workplace

Qualifications :
- Previous barista experience in a busy hospitality environment is essential
- RSA certificate
- Be a team player and pride yourself on your ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Have strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn
- An ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong focus and passion for airport operations
- Availability from 3.45am - Mondays to Fridays
