Main duties
Marketing Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Digital marketing
- Websites
- Content: develop new pages and/or manage updates (depending on the website)
- SEO/SEA organization/follow-up
- Leads generation
- Web analytics
- Internal & external coordination
- Linkedin
- Manage Content
- Organize Paid campaigns and any other lead generation tool (pro-activity is needed)
- Coordinate with local teams (Europe/ US)
- Monitor marketing campaign progress and results to gather data to help improve performance
- Non-digital marketing
- Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms including presentations & flyers
- Support with organizing internal & external events
Qualifications :
- Ideally degree-educated with a marketing subject from a reputable university
- Ideally experience within a B2B environment. Different industries are welcome
- Knowledge of Office pack (Word Excel PowerPoint) Adobe suite is a real plus (InDesign or at least Canva)
- Familiar with LinkedIn solutions
- Autonomous and thorough
- Confident and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail
- Creative and open-minded to incorporate new trends and ideas to marketing
- Fast learner with the ability to multi-task
- Positive and a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility and prioritize various responsibilities as needed
- Result driven mindset
- Strong team player working with various teams (people of varied cultures and backgrounds)
