Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
You will be accountable for delivering strong operational performance leading high-performing team and driving commercial outcomes.
You will actively seek new business and ways of optimising profit.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including hotel ownership Portfolio Manager and providing strategic leadership across the property.
Be instrumental in driving changes and improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives.
Create an effectively collaborative and inclusive environment where all colleagues are encouraged to provide input.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
It is essential you have:
Previous General Manager experience (5 years) in Midscale or similar hotels. GM will have great people skills leading an established team in Londons vibrant city centre.
Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record in revenue management and cost leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional with experience of owner relations.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with ownership portfolio.
For the successful applicant the role offers the chance to contribute to the success of the hotel in a competitive market while providing individual challenge and personal development.
