Fresh Pond Animal Hospital located in beautiful Belmont MA is seeking aChief of Staffto lead our compassionate and skilled team. Were a full-service multi-doctor small animal hospital known for delivering top-tier veterinary and urgent care medicine with exceptional client service.
Our newly renovated facility includes a modern treatment area and offers integrative medicine options such asacupuncture herbal therapy food therapy and medical manipulation (chiropractic). This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a practice that embraces both traditional and holistic approaches to care.
As Chief of Staff you will play a key role in shaping the medical direction of our hospital mentoring our veterinary team and driving operational excellence. Youll collaborate with a team that values communication teamwork and a proactive approach to patient and client care.
