RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Maintain daily weekly and monthly service forecasts
- Manage and track all service leads
- Ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner
- Ensure all recent customers receive a follow up call to determine satisfaction of department
- Work closely with department manager to develop appointment setting strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication organization time management computer and basic math skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Previous customer service experience required
- Automotive industry experience preferred
