We are looking for a Services Manager to lead and scale our Services and Support operations for F&B clients.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Oversee all software technical support and services departments with a focus on the Food & Beverage (F&B) software industry
- Design and adjust Support and Services Workflows in collaboration with General Management and Implement them in collaboration with our ERP internal teams to increase effectiveness
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple services and support teams in collaboration with their team
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective SLAs escalation processes and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product R&D Sales) to align services with customer needs
- Coach and develop team leaders to drive performance and team engagement
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of service delivery models
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- 7 years of experience in technical support or services management including team leadership roles
- Solid background in software solutions ideally in the F&B or retail tech space
- University degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- Strong understanding of services projects and support operations metrics and tools
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication problem-solving and customer-facing skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with POS ERP or restaurant/hospitality software
- Experience managing support functions across multiple countries or regions
- ITIL or other service management certifications
