Job Description
Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician
HVAC Service Tech Summary:
This position will consist of general service work and repairs for residential HVAC. The technician should be knowledgeable about products and services offered as well as HVAC EPA regulations. Keep accurate reports of jobs and billing costs. May be required to work overtime and/or take a weekend call. HVAC certification preferred.
HVAC Service Tech Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer engagement
- Professional demeanor
- Competent in all phases of HVAC service
- Drivers license with clean record
- Minimum 3 years experience. Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within the HVAC field including ventilation air conditioning heating and environmental control systems
HVAC Service Tech Responsibilities:
- Work primarily in residential and commercial construction
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within the HVAC field including ventilation air conditioning heating and environmental control systems.
- Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation operations and take necessary corrective action
- Assess Kimbel warranty policy and gives customer quotes/bids
- Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned
