The pay range is $131000.00 - $236000.00

As Director Real Estate Data & Technology you will lead the team responsible for the accuracy of data throughout the lifecycle of retail supply chain and office locations analyzing real estate contracts monitoring and ensuring data sources and integrity monitoring quality managing data sources resolving issues and documenting best practices and definitions for critical information across the enterprise. In addition you will use your expertise in real estate concepts documents processes and systems to enable compliance with contractual obligations and to aid the strategic management of real estate assets. Not only will you play an important role building and managing a team that executes the foregoing work you will be instrumental in developing and delivering a comprehensive training program to ensure quality data mitigated risks and establish scalable and repeatable success factors for team members and/or external contractors who abstract and validate relevant data from real estate documents including lease terms and renewal dates.

Your teams work will include providing and maintaining tools technology and processes to support end-to-end real estate document management especially as those documents and processes affect other departments within Target such as Finance Property Management Property Accounting and others. This and includesing routing signatures verifying receipt of counter-party signatures and recorded documents and incorporating documents into Targets document storage system.

Tools/technology/processes include maintaining and improving Target Real Estates user interface processes related to closing and wires public incentive agreements and other technologies (including depending on cost usability and reliability artificial iIntelligence) that may be employed to keep Target Real Estate at or ahead of similar departments at peer companies. You and your team will ensure the integrity of real estate records and information entered into numerous databases to facilitate the timely follow-up on critical dates the generation of up-to-date internal reports and the production of reliable sources of information from which senior leadership may base lease renewals corporate planning and strategy.

This role will also be responsible for contractor management (including budget performance and planning and training) processes contract review and validation (including data integrity including establishment and execution of plans to manage data) and technology (including RDM REFX and others as needed.

Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
