DeVoe Buick GMC is hiring a Parts Counterperson.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases looking up information on manufactures sites provide quotes by phone e-mail and person to person.
- Assist looking up and ordering parts for technicians.
- Ensure part(s) are charged to repair orders.
- Complete sales transactions in accordance to company procedures.
- Maintain inventory on shelves and in bins by performing perpetual inventories. Reporting items reporting any discrepancies in stock levels and returning unsold items to stock.
- Requisition non-stock or special-order parts. Follow up on special ordered items and notify the customer or technicians when received. Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience with retail and wholesale sales.
- Strong communication skills inter-personal and telephone skills.
- Excellent customer service skills ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
- Able to Multi Task
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history
- Rotating Saturday work schedule
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Pre-employment background check and drug-screen required prior to being hired.
