Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for food production
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Record accurate data (weights measurements) to meet Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Set up inspect and adjust equipment for production runs
- Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance
- Help minimize waste and improve efficiency
- Support team communication during daily shift exchange meetings
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Cross-train in other departments as needed
- Communicate suggestions for improving safety quality and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or food industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to follow instructions SOPs and written policies
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing kneeling or bending
- Team player mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
