As a key member of our hands-on service-oriented team you will work directly inside County buildings to ensure our facilities remain safe functional and welcoming for both employees and visitors.

How to be Successful in the Role:
This position will work with their supervisor to help plan and lead other Custodians in all aspects of floor care work. They will also be relied upon to inspect contracted custodial work and report their findings back to their supervisor.

Throughout the onboarding process you will meet with the Supervisors and your team to regularly discuss expectations set goals identify priorities and gain familiarity with current policies procedures and strategic measures.
