Job Description
The Senior Helpers Richmond is in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who is highly organized comfortable with accounting software and thrives in a supportive mission-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining QuickBooks accounting records
- Paying vendor bills and ensuring timely disbursements
- Running accurate and timely payroll for employees
- Handling accounts receivable including invoicing and collections
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with using QuickBooks
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with payroll is a bonus
Position Details:
- Part-Time: Approximately 1520 between 9 AM - 5 PM
- Flexible scheduling options are available
- On-site position
