- Youll regular deliver reports regarding the regions performance to the department center.
- Youll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors installers and end users.
- Youll deliver technical training create online courses and documentation.
- Youll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager.
- Youll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager.

What will you need to be successful
- Fluency both in English and in French
- Degree in electrical engineering or vocational qualifications in electricity
- Driving license and willingness to travel often
What can make you an ideal candidate
- 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
- In-depth knowledge of the solar energy market in your country
- Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
