What youll be doing

As a Consultant Conduct and Culture Risk your responsibilities will include supporting the design and production of reports to senior management and the Board of Directors development of conduct and culture metrics and associated thresholds as well as the creation and maintenance of automated dashboards. You will perform research and comparative analysis on current and emerging risks regulatory environment and industry trends and practices from a conduct/culture risk perspective to ensure risks are assessed monitored and communicated. You will provide support to the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) program and the Compensation Risk Review Program and other risk assessment processes. The role uses independent judgement to determine methods and approaches to work building advisory relationships with lines of business to understand the strategic priorities and increase awareness of conduct and culture risk.
