Norco is Australias oldest and largest dairy co-operative with 130 years of hands-on experience in Australian dairy and agriculture. Our first rural store opened in Lismore in 1948 and over the decades we have expanded our range services geographic footprint and customer bases to serve all farming needs.
About the role:
This is not your average delivery job. Youll play a hands-on role in a dynamic community-focused store environment - connecting directly with customers supporting local agriculture and ensuring smooth friendly service from warehouse to farm gate.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
- Assisting with warehouse and in-store operations including sales and inventory.
- Providing friendly solution-based customer service - at the counter on the road and in the yard.
- Navigating rural routes and ensuring accurate timely deliveries.
- Helping our customers get what they need when they need it.
