Reimagine Whats Possible

The Operations Technician / Plant Operator will be responsible for monitoring process in the production of liquid Nitrogen Oxygen and Argon.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the plant process adjusting the plant when needed.
  • Assist in the completion of monthly preventive maintenance and compliance management tasks.
  • Participate in Basic Safety Process ensuring complete site safety.
  • Maintain Corporate Quality and Food Safety Requirements.
  • Documentation and record keeping.
  • Assist in instrument calibrations troubleshooting processes and equipment repairs.
  • On-call weekly rotations
  • Assist with the operations of Gen Gas sites governed under the ASU.
  • Assist in liquid trailer loading
  • Assist with Hydrogen preventative maintenance

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency (required)
  • Certificate in process technology or maintenance field or two-year technical degree (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with chemical processing or petrochemical preferred
  • Strong mechanical instrumentation and electrical proficiency
  • Proven dedication to safety
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be a teammate with a positive demeanor
  • Strong computer skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to meet call-in requirements as scheduled/needed
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to work alone
  • Must be able to climb ladders and steps and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Will be exposed to high noise levels
  • Elevated work required
