Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Buyer Team Leader to oversee all aspects of purchasing and vendor relations. This position requires a sharp strategic thinker with the ability to develop and lead a high-performing procurement team manage large vendor accounts and innovate purchasing processes to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings extensive purchasing experience cross-functional leadership skills and a hands-on approach to execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the purchasing team to achieve organizational goals
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives
- Oversee vendor negotiations onboarding and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance operations and product teams
- Optimize purchasing processes for efficiency and scalability
- Monitor budgets forecasts and KPIs related to procurement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing large-scale procurement operations
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Ability to innovate and streamline purchasing systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
