About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. In this pivotal role youll be trusted partner providing support not only to the executive but also to his broader leadership team.
This is a team that works at the heart of our strategy and growth so you will operate at the centre of the business building strong cross-functional relationships and helping to drive momentum on key priorities.
- Provide seamless executive support including diary inbox travel and expenses
- Be the go-to contact for internal and external stakeholders up to Board level
- Coordinate key meetings team events and leadership communications
- Help deliver the annual Investor Relations calendar and associated logistics
- Champion a culture of organisation confidentiality and proactive support
- This is a fast-paced high-impact role that thrives on in-person interaction and quick collaboration based on-site five days a week
About you
Youre a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in dynamic fast-paced environments. Known for your discretion and attention to detail you take pride in staying one step ahead and delivering seamless support at the highest level.
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leaders
- Previous ASX experience preferred
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Skilled at building trusted relationships across all levels
- Calm and efficient under pressure with excellent communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office; JDE and Miraqle a bonus
