This isnt a post and ghost gig. We want someone who gets the big picture and knows how to drive real measurable results. YOU MUST BE IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA to be able to come on site to shoot content.

Expertise across IG TikTok LinkedIn and whatevers next
Clean on-brand execution every single time
Experience in legal or professional service industries is a big plus

Planning shooting and editing video photo content on-site
Writing engaging on-brand captions and copy
Daily posting scheduling and community engagement
Managing stories reels TikToks and LinkedIn presence
Trendspotting and adapting fast without losing brand integrity
Tracking analytics and reporting on performance (not fluff)
Collaborating with leadership to align content with campaigns and goals
Building and evolving a cohesive brand voice and visual identity
Staying ahead of social platform changes and opportunities
