Job Description
Cherokee Casino and Hotel Roland is looking for a Dishwasher to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. This position requires a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes pots pans and glassware by hand and using automated equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and tools.
- Remove trash and debris from all kitchen areas.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
