Connections (yep just Connections to our friends) is on the hunt for a passionate data-driven and school-savvy Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our incredible team. Were not your average ABA companywere collaborative creative and serious about supporting students and our staff.
Were contracted with local school districts to provide services directly in the school setting and were looking for someone whos as excited about partnering with educators and shaping young minds as we are. This isnt a case overload and burnout kind of roleour school-based caseloads are intentionally manageable so you can focus on quality not quantity.
What Youll Do:
- Provide direct support and consultation to students school staff and stakeholders in public school settings.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support IEP teams with meaningful measurable goals.
- Coach school staff on implementation and support strategies.
- Collaborate with a team that values clinical excellence creativity and student-centered support.
What Youll Need:
- Active BCBA certification (Required)
- Masters in Behavior Analysis Education Psychology or related field
- Experience working in school-based settings (Bonus points!)
- Ability to navigate schools with empathy professionalism and humor

Compensation: $76000.00 - $90000.00 per year
