In this role youll provide hands-on nursing care administer medications and treatments monitor resident health and support individualized care plans alongside a skilled clinical team. Whether youre experienced or just starting out join Park View and take the next step in a nursing career thats both meaningful and rewarding.
There are Full-Time (Evening) or Part-Time (Day)benefit eligible position available.
Hours:6:30 am to 3:00 pm; 2:45 pm to 11:25 pm
Pay Range: $28.04 to $37.06 / hour depending on experience
Full-Time is eligible for a $7500 bonus; Part-Time is eligible for a $5000 bonus
LPN responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
LPN skills and requirements:
- Current MN LPN License.
- Must have CPR/ BLS certification.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
