Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lithia Spring GA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $17.00/hour to start
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives for a distribution warehouse located in Lithia Springs!
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Must be able to stand for long periods of times.
Must have previous forklift experience.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Customer Service Representatives:
Processing requisitions purchase orders and maintain assigned records in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare list of overstock inactive or obsolete items for return to vendors for credit in accordance with obsolescence policy.
Coordinate with corporate purchasing in processing vendor returns.
Research and investigate branch questions pertaining to various shipments and make recommendations when appropriate.
Handle order memos return records invoicing backorder reports and other miscellaneous reports.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday - 8:00AM-5:00PM (with occasional Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
