The Administrative Coordinator supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through administration of daily accounting human resources and hospitality services of the community. We are looking for a personable and detail oriented person to ensure the highest level of customer service and hospitality throughout the community.

Position Expectations:

  • Performs various community related accounting functions and data entry
  • Compiles resident file after Resident Agreement is signed
  • Conducts reference and background checks on potential candidates for hire
  • Performs onboarding functions for new team members
  • Works closely with corporate Finance and Human Resources to ensure accurate and timely processes
  • Provides backup coverage for front desk Concierge during breaks
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Every other weekend included

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years relevant experience required preferably in the senior services industry
  • Knowledge of billing long term care insurance a plus
  • Demonstrated competencies in human resource management staff development and management problem resolution
  • Knowledge of HR practices policies laws and regulations a plus
  • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality service and excellence in senior care
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents families team members vendors and general public
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work unconventional hours and support our weekend manager on duty program
