Job Description
ASSYST is seeking a UCaaS Telecommunications Engineer to support our client Arlington County in a major enterprise voice transformation initiative. This role will contribute to the Countys Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) program which involves migrating the existing on-premise legacy voice infrastructure to a modern cloud based solution. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support including configuration deployment testing troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the Countys Microsoft Teams Phone system. Working under the direction of the UCaaS Program Manager the engineer will assist in migrating multiple County departments to the new platform.

- 10yearstelecommunicationsexperiencesuchasPSTNPBXVoIPcloudvoiceservicesSIPcircuitswiringdialplanslegacytelecommunicationinfrastructurerequired
