Lake Ridge Care Centeris hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and were offering up to a $7500 bonus! There are Full-Time and Part-Timebenefit eligiblepositionsworking varied schedules including every other weekend.
Full-Time Day or Evening Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm;2:00 pm to 10:00pm
Part-Time Day Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Pay Range:$28.41 - $36.29 / hour depending on experience
Full-Time is eligible for a $7500 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $5000 bonus.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide resident-related care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
