You will help with the adoption of these new services and tools as a critical member of the WW MFN Team.
Key job responsibilities Identify design develop implement and execute new and existing processes policies goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solution that enhance the overall customer experience. Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion including operational solutions. Create schedules identify and communicate risks to stakeholders define risk mitigation strategies and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance the operational productivity accuracy and effectiveness when helping deliver performance to customers. Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance. Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes. Resolve problems concerning transportation logistics systems supply chain and fulfillment operations. Maintain metrics reports and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators. Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
- 5 years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience - Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
