The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience that includes EHR ROI and chart audits in a healthcare setting. Strong PC skills windows based and proficient word application. Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills. Flexibility regarding work day. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with physicians patients and other related personnel. Excellent written and oral skills. Must be able to prioritize and organize work. Detail oriented personality. Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision - Identify incoming medical documents
- Scan patient information medical documents and practice correspondence into DM.
- Electronically index scanned information and auto-batches to the appropriate categories in each patients account.
- Accurately send documents for physicians review electronically
- Receive andprocess requests for release of information
- Maintain paper documents documents as needed.
- Manage new patient records for upcoming appointments.
- Process subpoenas manage insurance audits and work with third party release of information company
- Work in conjunction with third party ROI company to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Comply with all CNSA and HIPAA requirements.
- Performs other duties when necessary as directed by management.
