- Previous experience with restaurant kitchen equipment repairs is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness in understanding equipment operation and conducting repairs.
- Highly organized effectively managing time and tasks while adhering to the preventative maintenance calendar and staying on schedule.
- Maintains a strong commitment to cleanliness consistently keeping up with weekly cleaning tasks.
