What Youll Do:
Oversee and coordinate production and assembly activities.
Collaborate with production control Order Processing safety and purchasing teams.
Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Provide direction and training per department managers instructions.
Manage personnel and activities in respective areas of responsibility.
Implement productivity improvements such as cycle time and cost-cutting measures.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and other departments.
What Youll Need:
Knowledge of manufacturing operations assembly materials quality programs and safety programs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
3 years of leadership experience preferred.
