Job Description
We are looking for a full-time BHA to join our team on the evening shift!
Come join our team as a Behavioral Health Associate at Starlite Recovery Center! For over 67 years Starlite Recovery Center has been providing adult and adolescent clients in the heart of the Hill Country in Center Point Texas with caring and highly effective drug rehab for substance abuse alcohol addiction and co-occurring issues.
As a Behavioral Health Associate at Starlite Recovery Center you will participate in the development and implementation of patients treatment plan by:
- Providing care and close supervision of facility patients and documenting behavior
- Developing positive relationships with patients and co-workers
- Following facility policies and procedures implementing treatment plans and providing crisis intervention as necessary.
- Actively participant as part of the treatment team providing continuous patient care supervision interaction
- Act as a role model in using appropriate counseling skills by de-escalating aggression using active listening skills using appropriate tone and volume of voice providing a high frequency and variety of positive reinforcements maintaining appropriate boundaries and promoting a positive peer culture.

Schedule: 6pm - 6am Friday Saturday Sunday
*Shift Differential for all evening shifts 2:45pm-10:45pm ($2/hr) and night shifts 10:45pm-7:15am ($3/hr) shifts and day shifts on Saturday and Sunday ($1/hr)
Pay: $15/hr
