Job Description
N-iX is looking for the Senior Game Designer to join our team.
Founded in 2012 N-iX Games is a robust game development and art production studio working with leading publishers and media enterprises around the globe. The team of 240 professionals focuses on full-cycle game development VR solutions and content creation for all the most popular platforms. The studio has successfully collaborated with over 80 clients including Gearbox Software Paradox Interactive Tempo Storm Supermassive Games and VRChat.

Requirements:
- Experience in premium hardcore game concepting / design (PC console)
- Experience with mobile games (ARM-funnel retention and monetization techniques to maximize profitability)
- Proof of experience in game pitching
- Understanding of different game genre mechanics core gameplay and metagame
- Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner
- Involvement in released games of any caliber and/or modding
- C1 or higher English level including verbal
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher.
Good to have:
- Mathematics / combinatorics background
- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in any language (C# Java JS Ruby etc.)
- Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4
- Experience in level design
- Copywriting skills
Responsibilities:
- Creating concept documents and game design documents working with R&D team on client proposals
- Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience and engagement
- Game balancing
- Ideation feature design
- Communicating with clients
- Playtesting and design debugging
- Work directly with the team to ensure that the product is of the highest quality
