Are you a curious and confident ECT Science Teacher looking to start your teaching journey in a forward-thinking secondary school
An ambitious school in Hounslow is welcoming an ECT Science Teacher to join their Science department from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT Science Teacher to gain experience in a supportive environment with modern labs and a strong emphasis on student achievement. As an ECT Science Teacher you will be supported by experienced mentors and will have access to regular CPD.
The school is looking for an ECT Science Teacher with a strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Biology Chemistry or Physics. The department prides itself on practical engaging lessons that bring science to life.

ECT Science Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic lessons across KS3KS4
- Support with practical lab work and science projects
- Track pupil progress and adapt lesson plans as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
Person Specification:
- Degree in a science subject and QTS
- Confident in managing a classroom environment
- Eager to contribute to department initiatives
