Your role at St John of God Accord
We are seeking applications for a Junior Digital Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team at Greensborough VIC on a permanent part-time basis.
The Junior Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the planning creation and execution of digital marketing campaignsprimarily across social media platformsto drive engagement generate qualified leads and grow awareness of St John of God Accords NDIS services. This role plays a key part in promoting values-driven support for people with disabilities.
The Position
Create schedule and publish content across Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn in line with the marketing calendar
Write engaging accessible captions and choose appropriate visuals (including accessible alt text where needed)
Contribute to campaigns aimed at increasing enquiries and referrals into NDIS services including short and long term accommodation skill building through support coordination group programs and 1:1 support and allied health
Assist with designing digital assets (using Canva or similar) that align with brand guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories testimonials and service updates
Track and report on social media metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite Later and LinkedIn Analytics
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and experience managing social media channels within a large and complex organisation. An understanding of the disability and health sector is essential along with the ability to create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Experience using Adobe InDesign Photoshop and other graphic design software is highly desirable.
Successful applicants must hold a relevant certificate/diploma level qualification or demonstrate more than 2 years of relevant industry experience.

We can offer you
Salary: $74031 to $79388 (pro-rata for part-time) plus 11.5% Superannuation
Permanent part-time working 15 hours per week (flexible)
