Job Description
Family Solicitor -Colchesterwith hybrid working
Client
A Legal 500 recommended practice with ambitious plans for growth
Role
Provide clear practical adviceadvice to a range of clients
Contribute to the teams continued growth
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Private children matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Domestic abuse cases
3 Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong knowledge in family law
A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude towards business development
Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
Resolution membership and/or experience in mediation or collaborative law is desirable but not essential
