Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their Gaming studios.
Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade Serbia / Bucharest Romania OR Riga Latvia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customize the visual design and user experience to align with the organizations brand and identity.
- Curate and deliver a selection of high-demand offerings tailored to target audience preferences.
- Adapt content and services to suit regional or demographic preferences increasing relevance and engagement.
- Oversee full project lifecycles ensuring delivery on time within budget and according to defined quality standards.
- Work across departments to align goals set timelines and define responsibilities clearly.
- Supervise the setup and execution of systems or infrastructure projects to ensure smooth and efficient integration.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders managing communication progress tracking and issue resolution.
- Track project progress identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Ensure activities comply with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through feedback and shared learning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management with 3 years as a Senior Project Manager.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
- Relevant experience in product delivery within Technology Media Entertainment or IT sectors. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of complex or cutting-edge projects.
- Degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence MS Project).
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.
