Why this role matters
As a Frontend Developer youll be instrumental in building a cloud-based data portal that empowers teams and partners to meet environmental goals and comply with regulatory requirements. Youll work within a cutting-edge cloud ecosystem and collaborate with solution architects developers and key stakeholders across the business.
What youll do
Develop and maintain the front-end of a sustainability and biodiversity data portal using Angular
Collaborate with architects to define design standards and best practices
Implement secure scalable and cost-effective solutions using AWS (S3 Lambda DynamoDB container services such as Docker ECS and EKS)
Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines using Terraform
Ensure strong integration of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD processes via GitHub Actions & Runners
Gather feedback from internal and external users to drive continuous improvement
What you bring
Experience in Angular front-end development
Proficiency in AWS services including S3 Lambda DynamoDB and containers (e.g. Docker ECS EKS)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD tools such as GitHub and GitHub Actions
Strong understanding of Python for software development
A collaborative team-oriented approach and a focus on collective success
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across teams
Nice to have
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell
Experience working in sustainability-focused or data-heavy environments
