Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and provide support to management as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff ensuring optimal time management.
  • Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders facilitating communication.
  • Maintain and update filing systems both electronic and paper-based ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve personal and professional skills.
  • Support the financial operations by assisting in invoicing and tracking payments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic financial principles.

Salary & Benefits
