Are you passionate about helping others Priority Group Services a leading home care provider in New Jersey is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes. In this role youll help improve patients quality of life by offering essential support and companionship in a comfortable familiar setting.
Your Role and amp; Responsibilities:
Assess patients physical abilities medical histories and conditions to create individualized treatment plans. and nbsp;
Develop tailored rehabilitation plans based on patient needs goals and medical conditions.
Teach and guide patients through exercises to improve mobility strength and function.
Use various methods like manual therapy modalities (heat cold electrical stimulation) and other techniques to alleviate pain.
Educate patients about their conditions treatment plans and ways to prevent further injury or pain.
Regularly track patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. and nbsp;
Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations treatments and progress reports for legal insurance and healthcare purposes.
What Were Looking For:
Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
Strong patient assessment or evaluation skill
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
